My father was a baker for 50 years. I started working for him at the age of 14. He was extremely patient with me and I learned so much from him. As I grew, I experienced other bakers with different ideas on baking. Management led to my working in Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Dallas, West Palm, Sarasota and Port Charlotte.

One thing that I never forgot and still use today is what my father told me one day. He said that no matter how good you are at something, there is someone out there that may not know a thing about what your doing but will have an idea that you never thought of. I think that sometimes we are afraid to learn. If we listen to others, we only grow.

My goal on this site is to share my ideas but would like everyone to share theirs. There are some amazing bakers out there. There are also some people out there who have little experience in baking. I promise you both groups have something to offer. Join me in sharing those ideas.
